Parent Engagement

The success of CYO relies upon volunteers. Throughout the season parents will be called upon to assist with concessions and team management. There are a host of ways that parents can support the program

Team Managers

This role supports the coach by ensuring communication with the players and the coach. Collects money and/or baked goods from each team member for concessions for assigned day. Keeps the scorebook at home and away games.  A scorebook will be provided to each team.  Ensures all players are picked up before leaving a home or away game venue.

Concessions and Admissions

Each team will be assigned one home game day whereby they provide the food, drink and snacks sold at the concession. Volunteers will be needed to set up the concession, prepare the hotdogs and sell the food, drinks and snacks. Volunteers will also need to staff the door and collect admission fees.
